I live in a condo building with secure underground parking. But it's not conducive to working on the Corvette. I'm looking to rent space in someone's garage/warehouse/whatever to store my tools and work on the car 3-5 days per month. I don't need to park there except a couple days at a time for more complex multi-day projects.

The south bay area would be ideal, but I would consider the right situation anywhere in LA. I know about commercial facilities like the "dream garage" but I don't want to pay by the hour for all the tools and trappings.
