I was parked in a shopping center and some young lady scratched my car a tiny bit trying to park next to me (there was plenty of space, she just got her license a few weeks ago).

I am in North Hollywood, and looking for a reliable paint shop nearby. Any suggestions? Ive had some bad paint experiences in the past.

Also, can this buff out or be touched up, or does it need to be repainted/replaced?
