TWO days.

The new SSD is loaded with 10k mp3s for tunes below the hum of that 409.

Thanks to all that showed up and the 15 or 16 that made the cruise.

Thanks Scott for taking the time to show off your Australian Chevy RWD "SS" V-8 w/415 HP (3500 units only to the US)...awesome car!

Lunch was great and Pat and I will see you in December.

Thanks, Sparky for another fun drive! The Model T P/U obstacle was a nice touch!

As I cannot get my e-mail reply to Roy, his first 'Block' day, I'll echo his comment about fun and will post two of his pics.

Brief stop before the canyon, for a brief briefing.

Two 'Z's and two '84s, after a nice after lunch chat, on the climb up from Elsinore.

Roy really has that oft-maligned Crossfire running quickly!

I've been going on these runs for years and we never get many C4's. And Sunday we had four C4's and two were ZR1's! IN BLACK!!

I'm so glad that we get these older years. We don't race, so all can keep up with the leader...meaning...ME...and sometimes that super handsome, super great guy to talk to... the guy named Pat...my trusted side kick for 10 years...!

And now for something completely different...that Model T caught a tad bit of wind turbulence when we all passed him going triple digits!!!

Thanks again to everyone for showing up...you guys and gals make The Block of Orange so much fun!!!

See you all next month. I have a route, but I hope that it stays clear. 2 lane roads just south of where we started our triple digit "SLOW" cruising!!!

See you all in November...not sure what Sunday.

Take care and, "Drive your 'vette like you stole it!"

Sparky and Pat

Is that why we had more fun than anybody else? Sorry you missed out on that, Sparky! (It's fun to chase a couple of ZR1's with my Cross-Fire!)

Doug Mariani and Norty, we missed you!
