Default Chuckwalla track day. NOV 8 - 9

Who's in? We usually get lots of track time at these events. This is also a great starter track if you're new.

Yes it is extremely fun to drive. I havn't had it at Chuckwalla yet. I still have a lot to learn about driving this car. So far it is 5 to 8 seconds faster per lap than my Corvette (on street tires), but the car is far more capable than that.

Regarding the engine... It has a Suzuki Hyabusa engine that is stroked (from 1340cc to 1500cc). The HP is about 260.

I signed up and have my Hotel. The on line registration isn't working properly, so If anyone is having trouble you can call them and they can register you over the phone

Hi Charley - I would be interested in knowing what laptimes you managed in your awesome Radical CCW or CW. I run the track quite a bit with my Jim Tway prepped c5 track car
Thanks
Richard

We were running CW and I was running low 1.56's. The car is capable of much lower times in the right hands. When I looked at the data it was obvious there is much more time to be captured. I was pulling ~1.75G's through the bowl and then was letting up to ~1 G for the next two turns. Once my brain gets re-calibrated I should be able to carry 2 to 2.5 G everywhere...
