RE loan person in SCV?
Anyone know of a GOOD one?
Looking for someone with knowledge of special loan programs I know they are out there. What Im finding it ****** who dont have time unless you want the traditional 10-20% down.
rents are absolutely insane giving up the search there.
Looking to stay in the area (valencia/castaic/w. scv) palmdale is OUT.
Got to be a solution unless I leave the state completely lol
