I have the OEM exhaust of my 2013 Z06 with less than 1,200 miles on them. I don't think the X pipe will fit.

2013's have a secondary cat and utilizes a different X pipe. You would have to modify it slightly to make it fit or you can buy the 2013 X pipe from Corsa which deletes the 2nd cats.
