Need aluminum welder
Have a 96 Corvette LT1 intake
I need someone to bandsaw the top inch off slice straight across and weld back up once im done porting/flowing
Anyone do fairly clean work thats fair?

Have you contemplated sending the manifold out for Extrude Hone abrasive flow machining?

Yes we do that sort of thing alot.
We even weld up the pry tap on the old 853 heads/ls1 heads so you can run an MLS gasket, cant even tell it was done.

I would like to cut it just below where the top (small) bolt bosses are straight across. Doesnt have to go through the throttle body opening but can. The other side is flat and staright to real obstructions
I port these myself getting pretty impressive #s but want to go farther to do some radius/plenum work.
