Valley GTG, Dec 13th. No Rhyme this time
The holidays are almost upon us, so lets greet one more time and be thankful. This year saw some changes, some great new Vette owners showing up, and the recovery of Ray (keep getting better buddy).
I want to thank each and every one of you for making this so enjoyable for me. I know it sounds corny and cliche, but you are all like family to me and I look forward to this gathering every month.
Lets meet at the corner of Rinaldi and Tampa (19340 Rinaldi St, Northridge, CA) at the Whole Foods parking lot at 9:00am, blast off at 10:00am.
We are on a roll with the amount of cars showing up, so lets hope for another good month. Four C7's last month, or was it five!!
I will be on holiday the last two weeks of December, so maybe we can do something fun. Ideas?
See you there.
Sorry, but I am calling this one due to rain. The roads will be majorly messed up by Saturday, so lets continue next month.

I'm sorry I've missed the last few.
Been out of town on business on each GTG date.
Looks like I'll miss this one as well.
I'd like to wish all of my GTG friends a healthy and happy holiday season.
I look forward to seeing you all again in 2015.

I couldn't do any track events without adding a roll bar to the Vert. And I was right at the point of adding one. From there it was going to be a slippery slope with more track type mods. We've all been down that road, pretty soon it's not much fun to drive every day. Life is too short to not drive a Vette every day. So why not have a daily driver and a nasty street/track car?

Awesome, and congrats! This puts you in company with Frank and Ed, both of whom previously had a convertible DD and C5Z track toy.

I haven't been to a gtg in a few years as I was without a Vette for the last little while, but now that the new baby is in, I'm gonna try and stop by to say hello.

The good news is, no ran in the current forecast for Saturday. The bad news is, rain Thursday and Friday. Depending on hard hard it rains during the week will determine if we go, or reschedule. We shall see. I will scope out the roads on Friday after work if it is not raining.
