Default Any dyno days in orange county?

Looking to get my hci 03z dyno'd and was wondering if there were any dyno days coming up. If not, does anyone have a shop recommendation in orange county that will do a few dyno pulls with wideband reading?

Just had the valve springs replaced in the '64 and would also be up for a dyno day. Must include A/F ratios.

MD Auto in Westminster has been recommended to me. Haven't checked them out yet, so don't know their set-up. 714-891-1113. Ask for Mark.

We used to have them done all the time, now haven't heard of any of late. Gardena CA had a shop and I've been to three of them over the years during a group session

I was at all three also and will do it again if someone sets it up.

Has to be 3 pulls with A/F for no more than $50. That's what we paid the last three times and its out there for the asking. (The one in Gardena didn't do A/F).

Most shops are in the $160 range and I just did two to do a comparison and I need a third to see If I stopped the knock retard. But I've go a better place the 160 than them. I hear ya the AF thing but I really don't care about that because I'm not going to have Buba and Billy Bob tune this monster, far to complicated now days.

I had it all arranged with Superior Automotive last year for $50 for 3 pulls with A/F.

But someone posted something negative about Superior and all of a sudden, we couldn't even get the 8 car minimum.

Personally, I won't do it without A/F. I tune my carb (modified 600 dp) and if I'm going to flog my engine, I'm going to get meaningful data out of it.

Good luck.

I think it would be fun if we could get a big group together and do an unbiased dyno spot; w/o tuning involved. Run what ya brung!

Afterwards, post your mods, #'s, and video of each run in one big thread.

Motor Trend uses the K&N dyno:
