I'll be curious to know how you like Rancho Palos Verdes. My best friend lives on Exultant dr. And has a killer view of the ocean.

RPV is 10 mins from 110 freeway...

I live on the border or south redondo and the base of rpv. Good luck with getting down pch in 10 minutes, even the way you drive

I was thinking Gaffey to side street to Western to RPV...okay 15-20. You're right. Driving? I'm slow on sticks, but autos get my juices flowing.
