Well, I made it there just before the briefing and 6 of us made the run up to Big Bear. After lunch everyone went there own way. As usual I never seem to make it a straight line. Just over 300 miles round trip and just got home a few minutes ago. It was a great day for a drive. Hwy 2 is still closed between Wrightwood and La Canada.
I punched in go home when I was near Wrightwood as I like to get an idea of when I'll get home. My Garmin gave me the one message no one whats to see; "Unable to Calculate the Route." Shortly after that if froze completely. I knew where I was going so that wasn't a big deal this time but I thought about what would happen if I didn't know where I was. It took a few minutes to get it to reboot and then it was back to normal for the rest of the day.
Good to see everyone and can't wait until the next ride.

Thanks everyone that made The Block...all 5 of you!!!
That was just the number to cruise thru the mountains. Still took me 1 3/4 hours to get home and that was flying...after I got a couple of cars out of the way, I had the down hill all to myself!
See everyone next month.
