Clark is a stand up guy that's being doing this longer than we have been alive Lenny. He has done my last several vettes, both performance and street setups depending on what I was up to. He is a grumpy old dude that knows his ****. Love that place.

I have used him too for my race car. He does come across as grumpy.
Do you know if he is doing corner balance work?

thanks for the refferals guys
Hey Bo, is this Old guy familiar with aligning C6 corvette? from what i read online the C6 is tricky to align, and the alignment shop has to have a TECH2 to check steering wheel position ( gotta be Zeroed out for Active Handling to work properly )
this is what happening to my front pass tire
275/35-18 Michelin PSS tires
these tires have never seen HPDEs, just street driving
this is only happening to the front passenger tire, tires have 25k miles on them
here is a quick pic, the other front tire is normal

It looks like you have a lot of negative camber on that side exacerbated by toe-out.
Did you lower the car?

I have never heard of needing TECH2 for an alignment. Perhaps someone else here can chime in but it appears you are significantly out of spec based on that picture. I am assuming you lowered on bolts (or removed altogether) and never got her readjusted? Clark can fix your car.

actually i raised the car about 3/4 of an inch, car was to low when i bought it, and scraping Zr1 lip and side skirts ( previous owner lowered it and more than likely alignned it )

me either, but i read on the forum that Active handling will not be working properly if aligned without ZEROING STEERING SENSOR with TECH2

Not as many as I'd like but we have been auto-x'ing more frequently. May plan a Streets or Buttonwillow soon though. I will let you know!

Where'd you go?

Did you confirm on the printed report that all final measurements were within spec? They didn't do a good job for me. Their comment after I complained: "We only move shims and cams". They apparently didn't think I could comprehend the report!

Burning Brakes
They are an alignment shop so rod adjustments and shims are about any alignment shop would do. If something was off with one of the cradles then you would need to take your car to an actual frame shop where they have the equipment to handle major frame component adjustment.
