Default Anyone recommend this specialty shop? C4 not running (clutch)

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a shop that can take a look at my brand-new-to me C4 thats in need of clutch work. Its a 94 6 speed:

The shop:

Corvette Shop
7537 Topanga Canyon Blvd
Canoga Park, CA 91303

If not, can anyone recommend another shop? I'm in the Ventura County/Northwest LA area. Looking for shops w/ Vette experience since I hear the clutch replacement is not easy. I've seen a couple of pretty bad reviews either on here or on yelp of a couple other shops that are semi close. (like RPM Motors). Thank you

I know that shop. I went there once shortly after I bougth my c5. I asked for an oil change and they said they had to order the oil and it would cost $100 to do.

I never went back but never had any work done from them. Best of luck, least it's worth a shot to ask for info from them and any people who's done business with them.

Thanks for the info still. Can you recommend any shops in socal that might know how to work on C4s? I'm willing to go past the Northwest LA area, more eastward.

I believe Kohle at American Heritage does...he specializes in Corvettes, not just the LS generation. Maybe a little bit of a drive, but worth it for top notch service.

I know A&A is up in the Ventura area...but I'm not sure if they work on C4's.

Thanks. A H is an hour away but will talk to them if I can't find anything closer. Will call A & A tomr but doesn't look like the work on C4s.

I'm also going to talk Corvette Specialists in San Dimas. Anyone get any work done there? Also open to other recommendations! I'm in the 805 area code, will prob have to go pretty far.

Give us a call
American Heritage Performance
310-326-2399
or
HP@americanheritageperformance.com

We typically do c5, c6 and c7 corvettes but if your willing to wait a few weeks we can find some time on the schedule to get you in.

It will be well worth the wait if you take it to American Heritage Kohle knows Vettes once you go there NO other shop will do.
