Go into the C7 Z06 forum, there are detailed articles on how to install them. Do you have the mirror mount to go with the detector??

No mirror mount. Just want to use the suction cups as it actually sits higher up on the windshield.
Prefer to have an experienced shop do the install.

Just an FYI, the suction cup mount is meant for temporary use and not a permanent solution for mounting. I've been running radar detectors for 13 years on my Corvettes and I always ended up using a mirror mount, I even have one mirror mounted in my daily driver. Mounting the detector with those suction cups will work for a bit but it will fall off over time and/or spirited driving. I would possibly consider a mirror mount option for the long term, I hope my advice helps.

Take a look at the provided link on mounting options.
