Default *** Northridge Corvettes & Coffee - Saturday, February 11th ***

Holiday break is over... Come on out at 9am for our meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month. I'm giving advance notice this time, since we're coming off a two-month hiatus.

The location is the Whole Foods parking lot on the SE corner of Tampa and Rinaldi in Porter Ranch.

Here's the full address for GPS navigation: 19340 Rinaldi St, Northridge, CA 91326

I'll try to be there, but we're back on jack stands at the moment. Adding a little giddyup to this old slow poke. 680 at the wheels should do it. How bout that dyno day?

Yeah, I see that Rocket Man signed up. If you or Mark will also be there, I might stop by just to hang out for a bit and see some cars run.

I've always wanted to do a dyno day, but I'll be getting tuned right around then so I'll know those numbers already. Maybe I'll just go and hang out too

I won't be going to the dyno day... I get nervous when other people drive my cars lol. Plus I know what my horsepower is.

You just go to kick tires and to see if others can back up their said HP claims. Sometimes you need some tall boots but other than that, come as you are.

Here is a road report if that will help:
Vasquez canyon (aka Valdez) is open, as is Bouquet (4 miles worth are slightly wet, but should be dry by the 11th). Spunky Canyon is a little sandy, but doable. Lake Hughes is wet and a little dirty in spots, but doable. Angeles Forrest and the crest are closed as of today, as is Little Tijunga. That is all.

I wish you had another sports car. I can't go 4 wheeling with a little one. I hope all is well.

With all this rain/snow/mudslides, I've been keeping a close eye on the county DPW website: http://dpw.lacounty.gov/roadclosures/.

Me too. Maybe if the moons align, I get great money for my jeep, and a C7 Z51 falls into my lap for 40K, I will be back.

What color? 6 speed right? I'll start looking. we need you back! Plus Jimi Hendrix Mark isn't around much, he needs to come back too.

I know 40 is your budget, but...
