Default Vettes and Jets on the Lex II

That's right!!! We have had an over whelming response to please do this event one more time. We are currently working with the USS Lexington to put something together for September 2009. This event will be held to support the Wounded Warrior Project!! Check them out at woundedwarriorproject.org! Stay tuned for more info as we get it available such as actual dates and the web site to sign up!

Thanks for your overwhelming support in 2007 and lets do it again in 2009!

Maverick

PS: The date for this event will not affect the 15th Anniversary Caravan. So no worries there!

Default Conflict

The big event at the National Corvette Museum 2009 caravan is from 3-5 Sep 2009. I know from my club some of us would like to do both events.

It will not affect the 15th Annual Caravan road trip, so no worries there.

Less than two days and word is already flying through our club. We had a nice little turnout for the last one - I'm thinking way more from us this time.

I'll be there. It was a blast.
Let us know when the dates firm up and when registration starts.

This was the best event I have ever attended and will absolutely do so again. Just give dates and coordinates. Dvlray's in! Couldn't be for a better cause.

I couldn't make it last time. GM2BAD said it was great and there was a corvette train leaving San Antonio a mile long! I'm in this time!

great event..my understanding is that quite a few corvettes were turned away previously...how about an area near or around the ship for the many corvettes that would not fit up on the flight deck but have driven down to participate?? maybe even a reserved area where corvettes not selected can temporarily load and unload so a picture may be taken on the flight deck??

We have increased the number from 300 to 325, to help accomodate more people. Un fortunatly if you do not make it a spart of the 325 then you can not get on deck. There was last year and will be again next year plenty of parking for Vettes that want to come see the event and were not able to get on. Last year we had about 10 Vettes on standby and 4 of them were loaded due to some no shows or cancellations. We greatly appriciate everyone's support for this great cause! "GOD bless America and us all!"
