Lexington WMA Gun Range

Bring your shotguns, rifles and pistols and make some noise
target shooting.

Clay targets for shotguns, etc.

Drive the vettes and park them on the black top 150 feet from the ranges.

What do you think?

Dang! I would go for this 'cause I really need a tune-up for pheasant season. Unfortunately, this is the same weekend we will be in KS hunting those wiley birds!

P.S. Where is the Lexington WMA? Do they have traps set up? Thanks!

I'm a definite maybe on this one. Aside from 9mm qualifying prior to deployment, I haven't been shooting in almost a year. I'll have to get some ammo though (that's the tricky part).

If I can make it, I'll have my Beretta 96 (.40 pistol), AR-15, and M-1 Garand.

if .40 ammo was not so expensive I would come out and blow some rounds. I had a .22 rifle that I loved but it got stolen, it was $70 tho maybe I can find another.

If I couldn't step out of my back door and shoot I would be interested in this. Living in the country has it's advantages.

9 brittanys. I use to have a few English pointers, but sold them to guiide in s. tx. I use to field trial on horseback until afew years ago...it can get quite expensive for sure. I haven't trained them at all in a year, got young ones and some seasoned pros...too bad there out of shape like me.

Sounds like something I may be in for, just have a 9mm handgun but it needs a good work out, let see if I can get some ammo and I will come shoot up a few hundred rounds.

Rained stopped racing the Vete today so I went to H&H and broke in the new .40 M&P . Bullets are expensive but still easy to get for us .40 and 22LR guys. Anybody that wants to do this and has experience can borrow 1 of my 22,s . 2 riffles ,1 pistol All classics.
