Default Need good clear bra installer - Houston area

Any recommendations on a good installer in the Houston area. My first clear bra was installed on a rainy day (not good ) and eventually had to have part of it redone. Just bought a new car and want to get an install but I don't know of anyone in the Houston area. Any suggestions?

I used the place that corvettes of Houston uses.

It's on the opposite side of 45 from them in white metal buildings.

Thanks. I'm going to call them for an appt to get the alignment checked out right away. I'll try to make an appt with those people too.

Your were pleased with the application? How much of the car did you do?

Thanks will give both a call. Corvettes of Houston didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Said they had a window tinter that they used but I'm not doing that. Said they didn't know of anyone that did clear bras. Whatever.

I've heard good things about Sun Cap and was planning on using them. Unfortunately, I didn't get it done back when I want to and now need a chip repair kit.

Default Clear Bra Hurricane Auto

I used Hurricane Auto in several occasions in last 20 years they were highly recommended by my dealership for Clearshield installation on my car initially, then every car i bought they installed Clear bra before i start driving it to protect my car from paint scratches with road debris, bugs and so on.

Sam is the guy i worked with excellent guy gave good price about $450 they charge for most of the cars i think gave a warranty. I been seeing them since 30 years at same 11000 Gulf Fwy location doing window tint and clear bra installations.

Hurricane Auto and contact numer 713-941-1391.

Just a little late don't you think? This thread was over 4 years old... why did you dig it up??? Also your guy may have been doing tint for 30 years. Paint protection film hasn't been out that long.

EVS Motors for sure. They clear wrapped my (black CZ06) track car. You can't event tell. They have a few different types of film. Ask for Ted. They mainly stick to very high end cars/SUVs. Which are the types of installers you want working on your baby.

I'm confident Mingo's work is top, but how is his pricing? Good deal, fair, or a little pricey? How much did you pay and what did you have done? THXS!

More than fair. Best to give him a call and get a quote. He's a very nice guy to chat with.

If the Porsche and Lamborghini dealers use him for their customers, why would anyone consider someone else? And he's probably the only guy I've ever encountered who can install a single piece of ceramic film into the rear window of these cars without bubbles. Everyone else cuts them in half.

Mingo did ceramic tint on mine. Great job and reasonable price. A friend took her M3 to the dealership for tint and they took it to Mingo. I already had the clear bra before I learned about him or he would have done that as well.
