Longhorn Corvette Club is hosting a ride October 22nd to Marble Falls. We will leave at 11:00am from Goodwill at 3100 Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park. Meet at 10:30am to go over the directions. The ride will be 2 hours and will include Park Road 4. The destination has been changed to River City Grille at 700 First Street, Marble Falls. They are reserving the lower level outside deck with plenty of seating. After lunch, you are still welcome to join us at Wines Across Texas.
All are welcome to join us. Come on out and have some fun.

I highly recommend (if you have the time) to discover Park Rd. 4
10 minutes north of Marble Falls off 281. It's an incredible drive for enthusiasts with superb curves and breathtaking views. You will not be disappointed. During the Bluebonnet bloom there are photographers everywhere. World class views for sure.
I make the drive a lot and was lucky enough to be on the road following a Lamborghini and Ferrari club drive. There was approx. 24 cars and it sounded like an F1 race...

Sounds like fun John. I'll check with the "activities director", but since she wasn't feeling well for the last NCCA cruise, I think she'll be excited about this one.
I think we'll just take one car though, so we can have a designated driver for the return trip...

The fastest I drove through the dips was 75mph.
Any faster and I would have hurled. Lots of vertical g's...

Great video, Oscar. I'm so glad your camera picked up that guy in the white pickup. I'm not sure anybody would believe us when we told them he just pulled over into the ditch & kept going the same speed he was on the road. He was bouncing up & down & going around trees. You had to see it to believe it.
