Couldn't make it tonight, my C5 is up on the rack with a blown power steering hose, but I'm glad it happened at the shop & not out on the road somewhere.
Is anyone around? I can't get into my car. Doors locked. I guess battery is dead. I know I've been told how to do this, but for the life of me I can't remember.
I will if someone can tell me how to get into my car. LOL!!!!!!!
Do you have your remote? My 2011 GS has a key in the remote that opens the hatch, pull a cable and the door opens. Is there something like that on your car?

Got it.
Next step. I'm sure D has a battery charger somewhere - or 2 or 3.
EDIT: Well, I learn something new every day. It has its own battery charger. Hooked up and is charging.
Now I have to figure out why this happened. Last time I drove it was Friday night. I drove back from Austin.
I have that Ranger/Range, whatever it is, plugged in to keep it from going into 4 cylinder mode. I have a
flash drive with music plugged in.
??
Anyone have any thoughts?

Speaking of the trip to Austin, look at the gas mileage! And that is with the thing plugged in to keep it out of that 4 cyl. mode.
It actually got up to 30.3 by the time I got home.

The dead battery is probably because of your AFM Deactivation Devise. I've been doing some investigation on this unit and one of the drawbacks is that it continually draws power when the ignition is off and will deplete the battery over time if not removed.
