RESCHEDULED Austin; Devils Backbone Corvette Cruise 7/21/12
Event rescheduled for 7/21/12

Longhorn Corvette Club will be hosting this event. I will not be able to attend but thought I'd post it for those who may be interested.
This cruise will be a 'CORVETTES ONLY'
The scenery is like no other and is a fun and an exhilarating experience.
Come join us on Saturday, July14th
All Drivers will meet at Henna Chevrolet at 9:00 am
will meet on the South side of the original show room
Lunch destination will be announced that morning.
President Manuel Medrano of LCC and his Yellow Corvette will be leading the 'HERD' of Corvettes that morning.

If you drive a Corvette, then the Longhorn Corvette Club is hosting a Cruise to Devil’s Back Bone on Saturday morning at 9:00am. We are meeting at our sponsor Henna Chevrolet located at 8805 Interstate 35, we should be leaving the lot at precisely 9:15am. We hope to see you then.

Darn it!
I am SO blonde. I thought the 14th was today - duh! Now it's on my calendar and I may try to show up. Sounds like loads of fun driving.

Where is the Devil's Backbone? It sounds as if it might be down near Utopia and Lost Pines State Park, but I doubt the cruise would be that far away.

I've never been there. According to google, it's somewhere near Canyon Lake.

You do not have to be a LCC member; just have a corvette to do the cruise in.
Devil's Backbone is just outside of Wimberly TX headed towards San Marcos or Canyon Lake.
The Cruise will also include River Rd near Gruene TX, this is a tree canopy drive section.
