Default Check this out!! what i sold my vette to get (video)

so yes i sold my vette, i was bored with it and ready to start the next project. my plan is keep this for about 3 yrs then pick up a '15 C7 Z51 (so if you get one take care of it for me)

3 months ago i picked up a new '14 cadillac ATS 2.0 turbo RWD. right away i started modding it to fit my taste.

Huge thanks to Justin Focus Imaging for the amazing pics and video.

tell me what you guys think about the video.

yes there has been several cases of failure reported on stock cars.

we believe most of these were due to users running 87 octane fuel and the problems with the factory exhuast manifold restricting flow from the #3 cyl raising compression pressures in that cyl and possible bad batches of pistons.

but i have been talking to nd working with ZZPerformance forged pistons hit the market soon. there is a ATS turbo being built right now in houston , they are shooting for 800rwhp at 40psi from a 80mm turbo

Gorgeous car man! The beginning shots in front of that graffiti are stunning. That guy did a great job on the video. It's probably a little long if you're thinking of using it for a promo. Purely based on the content. Engine, interior and more action shots would help break it up a bit.

How do you like the ride?

After the negotiations were done on my wife's SRX Caddy, the dealer wouldn't let me drive her trade in home. They didn't want any more miles on it. I HAD to drive one of their loaner ATS's home. WOW. Not Corvette fast or quick by any means....but, bad *** nonetheless. I tried to talk the boss into it, but she wanted something with a little more room. That's one nice ride....and you've got it lookin' good

love the ride, so much smoother n softer than the vette yet still handles like go kart. even with the lowering springs and tiny profile tires.

this video ws actually made for Lenso wheels and ACS to showcse wheels and ACS splitter and side skirts. he is editing one for a install tutorial of the ACS parts.

you drove one of the turbo ones? mine was certainly lacking at first, dynoed almost exactly half of the vette. so far with just a tune, catless downpipe and intke i fabricated its up 80hp. and i still have to install upgraded turbo. hopefully everythign pans out with ZZP and th ecar might be in the 600hp range.

I'm not usually a fan of big rims and stanced cars. But your ride is beautiful man. Should be in a magazine ad for Lenso. Dare I ask what the wheels cost

It had the V-6. 320ish hp I think. Very responsive package. I'm sure it wasn't as fast as it felt. Fun car though.
