Here we have a pair of Z06's in for our Heads and Cam package. These heads will be sent over to Rick at Slick Rick Racing Heads for full cnc porting, Manley Stainless exhaust valves, new bronze guides and Brian Tooley double springs with titanium retainers (good to .660 lift). They'll also be milled to get the compression back up. We spec'd these cams to the customers personal preference. In this case both will be on the aggressive side. The Carbon edition will also be receiving a Fast 102mm intake, Nick Williams 102mm TB as well as a Mcleod RXT Twin disc clutch and steel flywheel to get the power down. We plan to help the clutch engage by installing a tick master, new slave and MGW Shifter. All that with barely 6k on the odometer!

Our tech is at it non-stop today, pulling the heads on both these cars today! I'll make a trip out to the CNC shop tonight to drop these babies off for porting and some other goodies. And to top it all off, most of our parts from Brian Tooley and Scoggin Dickey have arrived today. Thanks to both for the fast shipping. More updates and pics coming soon!

I must say, our tech put in a great day yesterday, pulling the heads on these 2 Z06's in the middle of all the other jobs he was on. Great job to him. We are waiting on just a few more things to show up and the heads were dropped off for CNC last night. Thanks again to Rick @ Slick Rick Racing Heads for hooking us up in such a timely manner. We really look forward to seeing some strong numbers from these two awesome cars!

We received our 2 sets of CNC'd Ls7 heads from Slick Rick. Just under a week as promised. These heads are expected to flow around 400cfm! They also have new bronze guides and stainless exhaust valves. We are just about ready to start the reassembly of these 2 awesome cars. We look forward to making these 2 customers very happy.
