I got a flyer from the Rivercity Corvette Car Club advertising their 1st annual Christmas Toy Benefit Raffle, and thought I would post it here. I'm not affiliated with the club.

It is on November 15th, 2014 on 1619 Bandera Road from 7pm to 11 pm.

It says all car clubs are welcome.

Hopefully the weather will be good. Anyone else have more info on this car meet? Anyone going?

Didn't see anything posted in the Southwest Section..... If the weather holds I may consider going.

Now I have to REALLY clean up my car..... oh the horror !!!

I had never heard of this Corvette car club until they put one of their flyers in my car at one of the car shows.

I texted the club organizers a few minutes ago and the show is still on, rain or shine today.

I'll probably go for a little while to check it out.

I met Carlos, Rey, and Adelfa last night. They're cool. They don't have a website; they do most communications through Facebook and text messages. Their business card says, "no fees, no dues, let's just cruise", and "good friends, frequent rides, no obligations".

Yeah it was cold and very nasty weather over the weekend.... my car stayed in the garage. Only because I didn't really go anywhere.
