Zoot Allures

I recently relocated to Tomball. My '94, being over 20 years old, needs a special emissions/dyno testing, or so I am told. The Chevy dealer won't touch it claiming it is now 21 years old. Anyone know of a shop that can help get my '94 on the road in Texas?

Check into the laws about emissions on your car. It might not have to undergo emissions tests anymore. I think that happens at 20 years.

It's exempt from emission testing, at 25 years. At that age, a standard safety inspection is needed. No form of inspection is needed if you register it as an antique, again at 25 years old.
