Has anyone stayed here? We are thinking of taking a short trip (4 days or so) after our new car arrives. We are thinking maybe Tucson and this hotel looks nice on the computer. I'd like to hear if it's a nice place, or perhaps some suggestions of other places to consider.

Haven't been there. We stayed at this lodge. Twice and enjoyed it.

Road. Trip up Mount Lemmon is great! Also did a side trip down to Tombstone.

I was starting to think no one has ever stayed in Tucson

I checked the website of the lodge you stayed and it looks like a nice place too.

Mt Lemmon... I was stationed in Tucson for four years and we never went up Mt Lemmon. I was always told that it was a very bad road. I think if we do go to Tucson (still deciding between a trip to Tucson or to San Antonio) we will have to remedy that
