Any GTG or events in South Tarrant ???
I live in Burleson. Looking at old threads it looks like there have been some attempts at getting regular functions going but not sure they were successful. Any GTG's or Vette specific events take place regularly?

Yes, GTGs are get togethers.
(Just checked their web site and they have moved to Farrington Field in August!)
How about "South" FW? On the 2nd Saturday morning they have a Cowtown Cars and Coffee now at Farrington Field that starts at 8 AM..

You can always drive up to Hurst
Or find a local spot with decent parking...ideally one with patio where you can see cars from patio (makes people happy to be able to see their cars) and start one up... Sounds like you have a few local folks interested. (Please don't pick Wednesdays )
If you do... then best bet is keep a consistent day/time and don't move the location around....people don't come every week but they learn where and when it occurs and eventually it gets some traction.
9 + years ago when we started the "Rosa's" GTG we were excited to have 5-6 cars...now 12-15 is a slow night

Not sure if you are talking about all special interest cars, or just Corvette, but I have seen a little "show and shine" type of deal near my home at the little strip mall behind the QT Shop on Wilshire Blvd and near a big Baptist Church. I have not participated in it but I have seen it twice, once was last weekend. The other time was a month or so ago. There is a little Wing place there that may sponser it. There was a variety of cars there, including a couple of Vettes and hot rods, old pickups, etc. I don't know any other details.

The new location of Fort Worth Cars and Coffee was really nice. There was an option estimated 300 cars with lots of Corvettes and several great exotics. Looking forward to September.
