360 Wraps in Dallas, TX. My experience.
Greetings, all!
I recently took my Arctic White C6 Grand Sport Coupe into 360 Wraps here locally in Dallas as I wanted a simple, yet bold color change on the roof and b-pillar to a gloss black. Painting seemed a bit too permanent and costly to me, so the next best option was a vinyl wrap.
After much research and feedback from the internet, I decided on 360 Wraps.
I made the appointment in early September, and they advised that they were booked a week and a half out, so we settled for 9am on the 21st. I was told that such a small project could easily be completed by the end of the business day since I was bringing it in so early. Great!
Sept 21st - I brought the car in at 9am and dropped it off. I was told by the manager at the time that they were still backed up from a MAJOR project the week before, so they may not have time to finish my car today. "Well, that stinks," I thought. I asked if they could have it done by 10AM the next day, and was told that it was probable. Ok, not a huge deal. I work an odd schedule, so if I pick the car up at 10, I can still make it into work.
Sept 22nd:
10AM - I get a call from the manager. "We're sorry, but your car won't be ready until 5PM today." At that point, I got a bit irritated, but I wanted it done, so I bit the bullet and agreed. I called work, told them to put me down for an unforeseen vacation day, and made plans to pick the car up at 5PM.
5PM - I pick the car up, and it looks fantastic. I ask to speak to the current manager to address my irritation. When we enter his office, I explain the whole situation, and, without hesitation or further discussion or bargaining, he compensates me with a large discount and a lifetime warranty on the spot along with a formal apology. I was shocked by how willingly he discounted the transaction and how apologetic he was.
"Our business prides itself on customer service and our reputation. If the customer is not happy, we will bend over backwards to make it right. I understand your concerns, and am truly sorry. We understand that time is money, so please accept our apology for any inconvenience. We thank you for your business."
I am sold. I will happily recommend them to anyone and everyone from now on. Only such serious businesses would go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Enough with the chatter, lets get to some pics!

I'm not sure how much they would charge for the complete car, but I would imagine with their quality of workmanship and the pride they seem to take in the work they do, no nook or cranny will be left out, door seals included.

Yup, just the halo and roof. I like the look.
I have a few other aesthetic goodies that I need to install to really set it off, so it is not completely finished yet.

Thanks!
Ordered ZR1 aero goodies that I'll have wrapped at 360 Wraps as well (Why waste money on expensive paint on parts that hug the ground and will get chipped to hell and back?), so those should be in soon as well. I'll post pics of those upon completion.
Now to source splitter rods since the ZR1 front splitter is known to sag the bumper at high speeds...

Platinum Supporting Dealership
It sags the bumper of cars that don't come with it. Zr1's come with a fascia reinforcement. Its available for other cars adding a splitter as well.

Which is why I ordered the OEM part from GM Parts Direct as well as a set of Longacre splitter support rods for the front. I have a habit of going overboard

I like it, if you painted the wheels white, the color combination would look similar to the 1988 35th Anniversary car.... I owned one, and they were pretty distinct for a C4.
But then again, the white seats were kind of unique also. No one would ever do that again!

No that's about right. Anyone that wraps for cheaper isn't using good enough wrap. You get what you pay for with vinyl.... I speak from the position of someone that works with the stuff daily in his side business.

Very nice, and yes, $350 is relatively cheap!

That is a good price, especially from such a big name well known shop. I figured with all their tv exposure and big name customers their price would be inflated, seems that is not the case.
