Default Vettes and Jets on the Lex 2016 **INFO**

This is Maverick, we are finishing the up date to the Web site by the end of this week. It will include news about the event as well as hotel info and new pictures. We are sorry for the delays but we are changing allot of things to make it easier for everyone and we want to get it right so there is no confusion.
Thanks for your support,
Maverick

Thanks, I have been trying to make it to this event since the first one. Hopefully I can put it on the schedule this year. Is the date listed for reschedule correct on the old site?

You must contact the Radisson directly and ask for the "Vettes & Jets" block rate to get a room for this weekend.

Online reservations via the Radisson's or internet hotel sites will all show no availability for the weekend.

As it is the host hotel, king bed rooms at the Raddison go very fast so make your reservations asap.

***HOTEL INFO***
The Radisson is now booked, the Quality Inn has 25 doubles and 8 kings left and the 3rd hotel was just added (Hotel De Ville) has 12 rooms left. All 3 are very close to the Lexington (walking distance). See our web site for the new info www.vettesandjets.org

I would also like to know times for when the event begins and when it all wraps up so I can plan what days I need to travel on and what nights I will need lodging. Thanks!

Since going to a 2 day format you will load early Saturday morning and off load starting at 5pm Sunday afternoon. I travel from Louisiana so I always arrive late Friday afternoon and book for Friday and Saturday night. Since checkout is noon on Sunday the local Hotels will let you leave your bags and pick them up once you are unloaded. I always load mine so that way once I'm off the ship I head home.

I stayed at Omni the last two times, and the Shuttle took us and picked us up from Lady Lex.

What time does the registration open on April 1? Midnight or later in the morning?

Thanks, Austin

I can verify that it does have a GREAT steak house, be ready to spend though, because it's pricey but worth it. L8R ZFLASH
