Need to replace the starter on my Z. I would rather do it myself than pay GM or someone similar $$$ for an hours worth of work. Anyone got a lift I could use? I'd be happy to pay in cash or beer for a rental fee!

Or possibly borrow someone's race ramps and do it in my small garage?

Did you ever get your starter replaced? When you asked, my lift was out of service but its back in working order now. PM me if you still need to do this, we may be able to work some thing out.

went the jackstand route. Thanks for the reply though. Big pain in the *** but she is fixed and back on the road

Awesome! Anything under a vette without a lift is a PITA. Wait till you have to start changing out o2 sensors 😁😁
