Default Removing New Texas Registation

Just fishing for some ideas about changing the new Texas registration sticker off of the windshield of my C7. I recently took the old inspection sticker off of my ATS and it made a mess, even though I bought some adhesive remover at Auto Zone. The new registartion stickers may be easier to remove, but I wanted to check before i try it. Mine expires at the end of the April.

Any suggestions?

You don't need any adhesive remover.

A brand new razer blade on a scraper will remove all the old adhesive from your windshield.

This is what I do too. If there is ever any glue residue left that the razor blade won't remove I just use a little WD-40 on a cloth to remove it.

Little acetone will take it right off. I used it to clean up the **** poor job the dealer I bought my car had done when removing the previous sticker.

That's what I use after the new razor blade scraper. Have also used Brake Kleen but it leaves a little film
