Default CPR Built road race C6Z on the rollers

This Z is one of the coolest Z06's that comes into our shop I think, he is a dedicated road racer with over 20k miles on the original motor that are 90% track use. While this car is perfectly road legal and still has AC and all that he doesn't ever really drive it on the street. Here is the setup we just did for him on the new motor, this is not a lets see how much power we can make type thing. This is road race car, it needs to be reliable, make tons of power under the curve and do it lap after lap. This car also is absolute in pristine condition for being a dedicated track car, gets fully detailed every other week and the interior looks brand new!

Here are the details on the setup.

GM LS7 block with forged weisco pistons, oem ls7 rods and crank
100% ARP bottom end
Katech torquer 110 Cam
Mast black label heads
MSD intake
NW 102 Throttle body
Halltech intake
ARH 1 7/8 longtubes with off road x
B&B fusion exhaust
Full pfadt suspension, coil overs, sway bars, motor mounts.
LG motorsports mono ball's
LG motorsports carbon hood
Upgraded radiator w/ brushless fan: We had to remake the shroud to work with his full size ron davis radiator, we also redid the harness for the fans to our liking with better wiring, insulation, etc.
Carvaggio Seats
RSD harness bar
Katech coil relocation kit w/ valve covers

91 octane tuned 567 rwhp 508 rwtq

This thing sounds wicked screaming all the way to 7500 rpm's also! With this top end combo the cam actually is still pulling to 7300 and we took advantage of the bottom end holding 7500 so this allows him to stay in a gear a little longer if need be when racing to help prevent the car from being unsettled during a shift pre or post turn.
