The entire car warranty? Most certainly not. It could effect power train warranty but I would speak with your service advisor about that.
As far as the law goes, they would have to prove the aftermarket part caused any issues to void it.
For our headers, they are covered for the lifetime that you own them against any defect or failure not related to crash damage.

Any time you change the air flow going through the engine, be it headers, cam, air intake, intake manifold....you need to change the programming in the computer to adapt for that. Computers have gotten better and to some degree they can accept changes and still be ok, but they can not change Wide Open Throttle fueling and you would rather not have the computer do extreme changes on its own. Tuning is going to help the computer account for all of this, make sure A/F and timing are correct and how they should be. So yes it does help add power to the car, but it is mainly there to keep it on track with how it was programmed to do stock.
