Dallas area dragstrips info please
Assuming my travel schedule and the weather both cooperate, I'll be passing through the DFW area either Nov 25, 26, or 27. Looking online, I see 3 tracks that I could possibly stop at for a TnT on one of those days.
North Star -- Nov 25 or 26
Texas Raceway -- Nov 27 (Sunday night?)
Yello Belly -- Nov 24 (Thanksgiving?) or Nov 27
Can I get an opinion which track might actually be open and which has really good track prep. Any other info or opinions appreciated.

North Star is my track of choice because it sits right off the freeway (I-35) and the track is prepped pretty good.
Rumor has it that Texas Raceway may be closing at the end of this season so come Nov you may want to call up there before showing up.
Never raced at Yellow Belly.

Yellow Belly is a turd of a track in my opinion. I wouldnt go there. Northstar is a great track but like already said its a 1/8 and Texas motorplex (Ennis) is a good track and its a 1/4

Ennis is known for probably the worst track prep. It is a NHRA track and it is 1/4 mile track. The prep always sucks and probably the furthest drive.
Yellow belly is a rough crowd. The stands are also very close and have a cover. It gives me a Closter phobic feeling.
North Star is known to have the best track prep. They have 4 second 1/8th cars running out there. They put on special events with big names/cars showing up.
I have no experience with Texas Raceway

I race Northstar Dragway most weekends..... its one of the best tracks in the country from a track prep perspective. The guys in charge take a lot of pride in preparing and keeping that track hooking. Great people running and racing the track. Family style track.
Ennis is of course the premier track, but for Friday night drags or virtually any other non-National event, its like racing on ice. Texas Raceway (Kennedale) is a little better than Ennis traction wise, but not by a lot. They are closing.... not sure when their last race is.
Yellow Belly is not a track I recommend to most. I'll just leave it at that in regards to that.

Yellow belly has a dip in the burn out box. I feel would eat a corvette front bumper alive. I took my 06 Gto there and scraped the bumper in this dip. It was lowered 1 1/2" in front but still had 2" more clearance to the earth than a stock grand sport. Very ghetto as said above. Stick to Ennis, Northstar or Kennedale. Check there schedule on their websites to see if they are having street nights in November.
