Not an owner just yet.. Someday soon for me... hopefully this week!
I've asked the same question and I've recvd differing response.. Seems like Freedom might be the one. Alamo City (Benson) was an another option.. but ymmv. For my first free chg I was gonna give Freedom a shot after I call them and ask about their Corvette techs..
If you hear different let us know!

From my Experience:
For parts? Ancira (Avoid service here)
For Service? Freedom and Castroville
I haven't used Gunn Chevy, however if its anything like their Honda service then I would use them.
I usually buy most of my parts online, heck GM Performance has an Amazon storefront now.
Also we have a few good mechanics and tuners around town that can do the same work for a slightly lower labor cost.

I have a nephew that works at Ancira (Service Manager) and he's got some pretty good mechanics that work for him there. He'll take care of you and make sure the work is done to your satisfaction !
