I guess posting on here works. The forum member refunded my money today!

I'd say it's not worth $110 to worry about it. Just chalk it up as a loss and I'd carry on. I don't think there is much I could do about it, so I'd drop it. Sucks, but part of life is we get screwed sometimes. Just keep your integrity and be yourself. My 2 cents for free. No refunds. Lets get a beer.

Man people these days..
Talk about great customer service huh.. I find that hard to believe that Amazon wont look further into this. Maybe you can try Amazon one more time an hopefully you'll get someone thats more helpful... Then dont take no for an answer an bug them everyday till they do something...

Sucks big time that one forum member is showing his azz to another member..

Hell he lives in Cali too.. Just take a drive up the coast an kick his door in.. hehe

Why wouldn't amazon handle it? Your mess is two part with you complicating it by returning the wrong part. Good luck getting it sorted out however I still feel it's an amazon deal and not a cf deal regardless of him also selling here. Not taking sides but I've dealt with amazon and they are nothing but fair. I think your mistake messed up the process

I have say you got screwed but if it were me I would start a chit storm for one he has 110.00 of your money two he has a working part of another unit you have so it sounds like to me you loss 220.00 now it is getting worth it to ME I would let him know that you are contacting his local LEO and you won't stop until he makes it right. I live 45 min. Away from this area and find myself in that area 3 times a month for Friday night GTG so keep us informed. It may be a amazon deal but he's also a Corvette Brother and that's not ok in my book.

Guys I appreciate everyone's responses.

Guess what I had a refund waiting on me this morning after posting up in here for the full $110.00 I paid for this item.

So don't trash this forum member for what I thought was being a douchebage when maybe they were busy and didnt have time to deal with it until now...

Which I'm glad is now over.

Thank you everyone for the support.

Mark

Glad it worked out for you. Sometimes these things happen without any ill intent, and it is a communication issue. Nothing worse then hearing of a member being burned by another member as it can easily be anyone of us. Cheers to both for a resolution.
