Default VBP Slow Refund Anybody Else

I returned my caliper cores to VBP at the end of January and I'm still waiting for my core deposit refund. Anybody else still similar issues..

I think they are a great company with great products and amazing service, I have other plans for my core refund.

Yes, I have called and I tell it's on so and so desk and she hasn't gotten to it yet and to check back in a couple of weeks.

That is a load of cow poop. Initiate a chargeback request immediately. 2 weeks is absurd. Takes 10 seconds to credit your account. You are giving them an interest free loan!!!!! Good luck.

I forgot about my refund, i just thought they would just do it. So after about 3 months i called and they did same day.

You have to call them to get the refund. I don't know why you have to do this.

I received an pm from them and within 24 hours everything worked out. I would like to thank Catherine from VBP for stepping up and doing the right thing. They retained a customer. I look forward to my next purchase from VBP.

Well it looks like Vette Brakes and Products customer service still hasn't improved. They accepted my calipers on 4/26/16. 175 days later I still do not have a refund. Called multiple times and was told they'd look into it and return my call, but never got a call back. Finally was told by John today that "they will get to it when they get to it", he can't tell me when they'll refund my charge, and he's fine losing me as a customer. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Which sucks because there was more stuff I planned on ordering from them. 6 months for a core refund is just ridiculous.
