DSV has refused to replace this barely used leather center console cover. it's less than year old, 2000 miles of driving and the leather now has a hardened vein or a hidden seam that is starting to crack. I have purchased two other similar products from DSV for other corvettes and they were fine, which makes it even more surprising that they will not stand by their product for a repeat buyer.

They're response was: "This is not a manufacturing defect and it was not shipped this way."

Of course it was not shipped this way...I would never have installed if it was. I don't know how they can be so sure it is not a manufacturing defect since they have not even inspected it.

I do not expect a lifetime warranty, but for the price and such little use, this badly failing product is as unacceptable as it their lack of integrity in dismissing this matter so casually.
