I thought they were a longtime vendor here. I just looked in disputed transactions section of CF---they are no longer a vendor here. This means if anyone orders from them, there is no potential interceding by CF. You'll be on your own, credit card, paypal, check, whatever.
So just be careful out there. I think OP's post on what his experience has been in the past when a company starts avoiding customers who have paid for product is correct. Very sad.

I also got burned by JWMotoring. I ordered a cover April 3rd, still havent received it and he has stopped replying to emails. Unfortunately I paid through his website so I can't go to Paypal. But I can start a dispute with my banks fraud department.

I ordered LED DRls from them last week - got a email few days ago showing a cancellation - and no word from them even though i emailed asking why...I guess they have bigger issues going on... I will check my bank statement to make sure I wasnt charged.

He never responded to the dispute.
Hope it works out for you.

As stated in the last couple threads about them, they are not a Supporting Vendor here any longer. The fact they paid for an ad that is still current is not related.

From all the threads I've read, it appears JWM is no longer a sponsored vendor and has for many simply stopped responding.
Sad because I ordered a complete HID/LED conversion kit for my 2004 C5 back in 2010 and he provided great support both from a product perspective and technical support. He then exchanged some LED bulbs no questions asked. He was one of my favorite vendors and well respected at the time.
It appears he has moved on, so it's unfortunate that he hasn't properly closed down his business or transitioned it leaving so many people in the dark.
Life happens I guess. I hope everything is OK in his life and he isn't suffering in a hospital bed while all of this is going on here at Corvette Forum.
