poor customer service at zip corvette
Ordering parts with zip corvette works fast and also international shipping was handeld quick.
But be aware if there are any problems. I got with this delivery one false part. Right badge but inside the wrong part. Writing zip an e-mail I try to get in contact with then to solve the issue. I got no response. So I wrote the next e-mail, use there Web Contact formular, write another e-mail, ... Up to now no response from them. May be they are closed?
I can't understand that a simple answer like "yes we got your notice" needs more than 2 weeks up to now. It's frustrating trying to get in contact with someone without getting noticed.
