I ordered a exhaust system from them. I have an LS3 SS car. I wanted the bigger ZO6 exhaust. 1 7/8 x 3 inch mid pipe. I was told no problem. I had my wrench check every which way with them. No problems. My wrench felt they really did not have good answers to his questions. He thinks they just put their name on the system.
The headers went on without a problem. The mid pipe was a major problem. I have a paddle shift and the transmission lines were in the way of the mid pipe. We got that solved. Then on to the rear connectors.
They were not even close to fitting. The problem was the connectors were for a Manual car. We called again. The overnighted the pieces and charged me 240 -270. I don't have receipt in front of me. He wrestled with them and got them in. OK job done took 8 hours a long time.
I emailed Hansen about wanting to return wrong pieces. I was asked if I wanted to use their return policy. I said yes. I never heard from them again. I sent the parts back. They were signed for and delivered inside.
I waited a week for a refund. Waited a few more days. Nothing. I finally called USAA. They said they would get in contact with them and let me know what they hear. It's been weeks again. I have heard nothing and assume Hinson has NOT responded.

Every one in here knew about how bad this place was. Also how much money they have taking from people and never done per say any work on people's car at all.

Place just got to big to fast and the owner looks like just spending money he didn't have. Robert

Quick update.
I have not heard back from USAA. I do get a letter saying they were looking into it for me.

USAA did give me the credit for it on my card.

Thats good. I can't stand **** hole places that play games like that with your money.
