I received great, personal service - AND the best price, from Johnathan @ JWM, for a pair of Lloyd's Luxe floor mats for my GS. I ordered them on the 14th, and FedEx delivered them today, the 20th.

My satisfaction with JWM customer service continues to impress
Here's an update to my Lloyd's floor mat purchase.
One of the rings on the passenger-side mat that secures the mat to the floor came apart the first time I put it in, and that's no fault of JWM, of course. I was able to get the snap back in, but because of the plushness of the Luxe mats, the snaps won't stay put. To make short reading of this, Jhonathan at JWM quickly arranged for a replacement mat, and Lloyd's drop-shipped it super fast.
My satisfaction with JWM customer service (Jhonathan) continues to impress.
