Ok, I got some extra stock rims for the 07 Vette and I am looking for tires to autocross. Here are the stock stats...

Stock Rims:
front: 18 inch x 8.5 inch
rear: 19 inch x 10 inch

Stock Tires:
front: P245/40ZR18
rear: P285/35ZR19

I am trying to figure out what I should purchase.
I was looking at the Kumho V710. They have p245/40 R18 in the squared shoulder for the front, but in 19 inch they only have 335/30 R19 (squared shoulder) for the rear.

So I have a couple of newbie questions:
Are the squared shoulder alright?
Can I run 335/30 R19 on 19 inch x 10 inch rims?
Is there a better size for the front?

Ok If you guys have pointers to resources I would be glad to dig on my own, but I figured someone would know off the top of their head.

the most successful size combo for a C6 that I have seen run is the 255/35-18 front and 295/30-19 rear Hoosier A6


335/30-19 will not work properly on a 10" wheels and it's 26.9" tall which will cause a whole new set of issues

Thanks for the pointers. It is hard to get good info on this type of thing. Any other good choices besides Hoosiers? I hear they don't last too long compaired to Kumho's. However, Kumho don't have the 295/30-19 size.
