Basic principle of product
This project is aimed at making “protection area for air leakage prevention” through the special coat painted on inside wall of tyre. (The coat is a mixture between isoprene rubber and 6 types of gluey material), the component of air leakage prevention coat is a kind of macromolecular nano-material and a kind of maximum condition-resistant functional rubber. The equipment used for painting glue on inside wall of tyre is an independently developed non-conventional flow-line production system.
