I sent PM, left voice mail on cell phone, called office & office personnel took message, and I also emailed about shipping back out of round wheel for repair. So far, I have not received any reply.

Did they ever resolved this with you?

I like some of their wheels but customer service has to be there.

Customer Service is extremely important to us, and to the best of our ability we uphold that standard!

The original messages were sent before the weekend and our sales staff was out of town. The admin did in fact take a message and after the weekend the entire I inquiry was handled.

TriniJoe had his wheel back in less than one week if my memory serves.
