Anybody run +40mm offset on a C5?
Hey guys, new to the vette world. I currently own a 99 T/A and C5 fever has been biting me pretty hard lately. The bird has a set of Forgestar F14 rims that i'm wondering if they will fit on a C5. Specs are....
Front: 18X9 +40mm
275/40/18 Nitto NT555
Rear: 18X10 +40mm
305/35/18 M/T Street Radial II
I understand most rims are in the +48-60 for a C5. Using a calculator online I figured my rims would be about 1 inch wider on each side. Anyway a +40 offset is runable on a C5? I'm fine with downsizing tires, mostly concerned about the rims.
