Right style, diameter, & width. Wrong offset & bolt pattern makes it unusable:

Some Third Gen F-body guys like them though (using questionable spacers instead of adapters):

The BBS RS178 was a 17x9.5 +56 offset made for the Corvette (5 x 120.65), but they are long gone. Last (used) set of 4 I saw was on a BMW forum for $1900 shipped, so they remain beyond my budget.
One option is to go with a variation of the Z06 17x9.5 wheels so I can use my 17" tires. Reading the maintenance records I got for it, the PO put GY F1s on it about 25K miles ago. When the car gets here I can assess their condition better, they looked good in his photos. I'm also looking down the road at tire replacement costs, the 285/40-17 doesn't seem to be as popular as others, so I may be better off going with an 18" rear setup.
Along those lines, another possibility is a 17x9.5 F & 18x10.5 R combo, but that means at least 2 new tires. I see several forum vendors here carry what I'm looking for as far as these wheels.

After a lot of research and calculations/shopping, my current plan is to go with a set of C6 ZR1 replicas in black, 17x8.5 +49 front, and 18x9.5 +56 rear. That way I can run stock size tires up front but will need 285/35-18s in the rear, they offer a slightly larger tread width.
I'll try & insert a photo of one of the wheels.

Sorry, I thought I had edited all of my old threads, I missed this one. By shopping & waiting, I bought 4x of the ZR-1 style replica wheels for about $500 shipped.
