Default how to convert backspace

I am trying to figure backspace on new wheels and I have a number of 45 according to the calculator I used. So what is that? Millimeters or a ratio.
I tried to convert to inches and it was way wrong.

What width are the wheels? Do you know their offset? If you know the answer to those two questions, figuring out the backspace isn't difficult.

I have attached the graphs that represent what I am looking for when I install the new widebody kit.

I am still trying to figure out what the last number is and how to convert it to inches. The shop I am going through are telling me one thing but I need to confirm. I simply do not trust anyone unless I understand it myself.
