The fender wells on C-2s are pretty small, and a 5.5" wide rim is pretty narrow. I know a couple of guys in my neighborhood (back then) who put F70/15s on their cars, which would be something like a 205-215/70/15 today. But, I seem to recall that they had to loosen up the body mount bolts, and shift the body a little on the frame, to EXACTLY center the body on the frame. YES, the clearance is THAT tight....
