Look at the inside of the wheels. Does it look like any welding was done, as in they were widened?

if i had to guess, i would say 1989 zr1 wheels. yes the first zr1 was 1990 that we saw pictures of, but that car was years in the making. these are very 1988, 89 looking wheels, 1990 had no center cap.
